Terms & information policy

Public information only

The catalog uses only publicly available information, gathered from public sources, archived and checked against those sources. Impact1 has a strict policy of never sharing information that companies share with us privately or confidentially.

A listing is not an endorsement

Being listed does not imply endorsement, funding, or participation in any Impact1 program. Listing order and inclusion do not depend on any relationship with Impact1. This is an information resource, not clinical or investment advice.

Facts and AI-generated interpretation

Facts link to their sources and information dates. Need statements, clinical mapping, maps derived from that mapping, and inferred populations are labelled “AI-generated”. These interpretations may be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked against the sources.

“AI-verified” and “Reviewed by Impact1” describe verification levels. Records still awaiting verification appear as “Being verified”. These labels do not establish clinical safety or efficacy.

Corrections and currency

Signed-in users can suggest a correction from any profile, with a proposed change and supporting source URL. We review suggestions manually and aim to respond within 14 business days. Suggestions do not automatically change the catalog.

The catalog is refreshed periodically. Each profile shows when it was last checked. Information dates describe how current a fact is; a recent check does not make an older fact newer. Unknown dates stay unknown.

Privacy and analytics

Access is free with an account. Account details are used to provide access, and correction submissions are linked to the submitting account. Newsletter opt-in is separate and optional.

Optional usage analytics default to declined. If you opt in, we collect aggregate feature use, clicks and time ranges without names, email addresses, account IDs or a persistent analytics identifier. We do not use session replay. Your essential sign-in session and saved preferences are separate from analytics.
